  • All orders are prepared and processed within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If any item is unavailable, we will contact you by email before shipping.

2. Shipping within Spain

  • Standard shipping: 2 – 18 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands) or product availability.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase.

  • For orders over €49 , standard shipping is FREE (Peninsula only).

3. Shipments to Europe

  • We ship to most countries in the European Union .

  • Delivery times are usually 3-18 business days , depending on the country.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Any local taxes or duties (customs, intra-community VAT) will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order tracking
