What is our return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges , but if something happens to your order, please contact us at contact@wawmeowstore.com .

Our products are created on demand especially for you, so we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items.

If this is your case, please contact us at contact@wawmeowstore.com within one week of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your order number
  • Any other relevant details about the order

We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you're unsure which size will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions before making your purchase.

⚠️ It's not common, but it's possible for a product labeling error to occur. If this happens, please contact us at contact@wawmeowstore.com within one week of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item in question, and we'll help you as soon as possible.

Shipment

When will I receive my order?

⚠️ Production on demand: It takes us between 2 and 5 business days to process and produce your order, after which we will ship it to you.

You will also need to take into account the shipping time , which depends on your location:

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 3-4 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 2-14 business days
  • 🇯🇵 Japan: 4-8 business days
  • 🌍 International: 10-20 business days

Where is my order shipped from?

We work with a print-on-demand company with fulfillment centers located around the world . Your order will be produced and shipped from the center closest to your delivery address.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

International orders may incur additional customs fees . This fee is beyond our control and is determined by your local customs agency. Customs policies vary considerably between countries, so we recommend contacting your local authorities for clarification.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

  • ✓ Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address
  • ✓ Ask about your order at your local post office
  • ✓ Ask your neighbors if the delivery person left your package with them.

💡 Tip: Prevent theft. If you won't be home on delivery day, use your work address or the address where you'll be.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at contact@wawmeowstore.com with your order number.

⚠️ If there is a problem with your shipping address, we can resend your product, but you will have to cover the costs.

How do I track my order?

I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?

We're sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please email us at contact@wawmeowstore.com within one week of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order. We'll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
